Portsmouth/Flexible locations - training delivery will be predominantly in Plymouth, Clyde and Bristol
6 months initially
550- 650 per day - Inside IR35/Umbrella

Reporting to the Business and Engineering Systems (B&ES) Audit, Compliance and Risk Manager, this role creates and delivers Neptune functional skills training aligned to at least one of the following SAP modules based upon knowledge transfer provided by the project team:
SAP PP - Production Planning
SAP PM - Plant Maintenance
SAP MM/LE - Material Management/Logistics Execution
SAP PS/SD - Project Systems/Sales and Distribution

Security Criteria to be achieved:
MOD SC Security clearance

This role requires a closure-focused individual who is capable of responding flexibly to circumstances as they change. The following initial outcomes and deliverables have been identified:

Main Accountabilities:
1. Complete a rapid knowledge transfer activity for a specified training area
2. Production of training material to the clients standard, where necessary being compliant with nuclear safety standards
3. Delivery of orientation and informal training of Super Users and Key Users in the processes being built for R14
4. Preparation of data in the training environment to support delivery
5. Train Super Users as trainers
6. Support Super Users in training delivery
7. Deliver training to end users as required
8. Any other requirements identified by the training manager

Additional Information:
Ideally looking for a trainer with SAP Plant Maintenance and/or Finance experience as well.
Is hybrid working considered (to what extreme) - this is a hybrid role. Clearly attendance on site will be required for training delivery.
demonstrable experience of training SAP PS/SD and either FICO or PM.
This role is being recruited for the SAP Foundation project and the CW will be a part of the wider training team for the project.
SAP Foundation is -by a long distance- the most ambitious maintenance, repair and overhaul project running in the UK at the moment and probably the world. Scope currently covers two large military dockyards managing multiple complex maintenance and manufacturing activities for the Royal Navy and other services. It will extend to a further UK-based dockyard and manufacturing facility. Currently targeted at 10,000 staff
