Pay: 500 - 600 per day OUTSIDE IR35
I am working with a leading Tech company that is looking for an experienced Change Manager to join their team remotely from the UK. You will be working within a developing agile team to deliver modern collaboration solutions that will empower colleagues to do their best work.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who would be able to start this project as soon as possible, however, we can accommodate a reasonable notice period, of four week-notice period maximum.
Overview
In the midst of a global transformation and substantial investment in Technology, Operations, and Product, an organization is seeking a proficient Collaboration Technology Subject Matter Expert (SME) to bolster their team. The Collaboration Technology SME will play a pivotal role in comprehending the needs of colleagues, suggesting fitting collaboration solutions, and offering expert guidance throughout the deployment phase. This position involves active collaboration with various stakeholders, including colleagues, project managers, IT teams, and business stakeholders, to seamlessly integrate and utilize collaboration tools.
The organization is dedicated to providing insights and actionable recommendations globally, leveraging a comprehensive understanding of people across over 90 markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations with clients to assess collaboration needs, grasp business requirements, communication workflows, and areas of concern.
- Analyze requirements and propose tailored collaboration technology solutions aligned with objectives, fostering efficient communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate with external providers and infrastructure partners to ensure managed environments.
- Act as the primary technical contact, possessing extensive knowledge of diverse collaboration platforms.
- Optimize tools and configurations within the environment for maximum leverage of capabilities and Microsoft release roadmaps.
- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment, adhering to best practices and timelines.
- Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct workshops for end-users, driving adoption and maximizing tool potential.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting technical issues related to collaboration technologies.
- Stay updated on emerging collaboration technologies and industry trends, integrating this knowledge into enhancement strategies.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to enhance and optimize collaboration solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures for internal reference.
- Advocate best practices in collaboration technology usage, data security, and compliance.
Role Description

Capabilities and Experience
- Proven track record as a Collaboration Technology SME or in a similar role, successfully implementing and managing collaboration tools in diverse environments.
- Proficiency in leading collaboration technologies like Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, or equivalent platforms.
- Familiarity with networking and infrastructure components associated with collaboration tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Problem-solving aptitude and project management skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Customer-centric approach and strong analytical skills for informed decision-making.
- Commitment to staying updated with industry advancements and emerging collaboration technologies.
