Job Description: The Office Manager role is a full-time, fixed-term contract for 6 months based in London, supporting a global quantitative investment firm. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of two London office locations, ensuring both spaces are well-maintained and optimised for productivity.
- Oversee supplier coordination, deliveries, and office infrastructure, proactively identifying and resolving any operational issues.
- Greet and host external guests, ensuring a professional and seamless experience.
- Prepare and set up meeting rooms to a high standard.
- Provide calendar and meeting support, including interview scheduling and diary management for team members.
- Liaise with internal teams to support smooth execution of tasks across departments.
- Support the planning and delivery of team socials, internal events, and cultural initiatives.
- Be an approachable point of contact for day-to-day employee needs.
Skills Required:
- 2-4 years experience in an administrative or office manager role in a high-performance setting.
- Strong organisational skills with a calm, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and strong general tech fluency.

The Role: This is a full-time, fixed-term contract (6 months) role based in the firm’s London headquarters. As Office Manager, you’ll be the face of the office and the glue that keeps everything running smoothly. From greeting high profile visitors to managing inventory and supporting internal operations, you’ll bring structure and an overall positive workplace experience. What can you bring to the role?
From 2-4 years experience in an administrative or office manager role in a high-performance setting, ideally from an FCA regulated background
Strong organisational skills, with a calm, solutions-focused approach to problem solving

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and strong general tech fluency
