Job Description: The Team Administrator role is a one-year fixed-term contract within a global Real Estate - Infrastructure organization located in London. The position involves supporting the Real Estate team through various administrative tasks, including diary management, event organization, and bid coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and relevant experience in a similar environment. This is a hybrid role requiring four days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary management, booking appointments and meeting rooms, and organizing refreshments for meetings.
  • Supporting the organization of events, including small round tables and larger conferences.
  • Preparing presentation material.
  • Leading the coordination of bids through to submission.
  • Managing the marketing database.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in diary management.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Can-do attitude and enjoyment in supporting a team.
  • Experience in a construction or professional services environment is preferred.
  • Experience working with bids and events is an advantage.

Salary (Rate): £40,000 yearly

Are you an experienced Team Administrator? Our client in the heart of the city of London are a global Real Estate - Infrastructure organisation who are looking for a Team Administrator to support the Real Estate team. Please note: This is a 1 year fixed term contract. The role will be a busy and varied position. Your duties will include: Diary management, booking appointments and meeting rooms and organising refreshments for both internal and external meetings. Supporting the organisation of events. These will include small round tables and larger conferences. You will be preparing the presentation material. Leading on the co-ordination of bids through to submission. Managing the marketing database The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have experience in dealing with diary management be proficient in Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and have the ability to work to deadlines and have a can-do attitude and enjoy supporting a team. Ideally you will have gained similar experience in a construction or professional services environment, experience working with bids and events would be an advantage.
