Description
- General Ledger Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance of the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, monitor accounts receivable, and assist in managing vendor relationships.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders.
- Expense Management: Assist in tracking and reconciling employee expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Month-end Closing: Contribute to the month-end closing process, including journal entries and reconciliations.
Profile
- Immediately available or available within short notice.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role or internship is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
