We are looking for an experienced Workforce Planning Data Lead to join a dynamic team to help establish a state-of-the-art Workforce Planning Capability. Centralize data in the decision-making process using expertise in workforce data analytics.

We are looking for an experienced Workforce Planning Data Lead to join a dynamic team to help establish a state-of-the-art Workforce Planning Capability. Centralize data in the decision-making process using expertise in workforce data analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Finance and Operations to ensure accuracy of data
- Lead orchestration and delivery of data and reporting
- Create Workforce Packs for senior leaders
- Integrate supply, demand, skills, and external market data
- Provide data and insights required for enacting People Plans
- Act as the primary contact for Workforce Analytics and headcount data
- Provide data and reporting support for Organizational Design work
- Manage day-to-day Workforce Management governance and drive accountability for Workforce Planning
- Maintain GDPR-compliant exposure of highly confidential information
- Champion Workforce Planning data cleanliness
- Contribute to an environment that encourages curiosity, innovation, and experimentation
- Significant experience in HRIS technology and reporting, preferably with Oracle HCM Cloud
- Substantial experience in Workforce Planning Technology, preferably with OrgVue
- Strong financial awareness
- Proven track record of influencing outcomes using data
- Extensive experience in managing data and reporting tasks associated with Organizational Design
- Experience in managing third-party suppliers
- HR and technology literate, familiar with Microsoft Office, HRIS, and Workforce Planning Technology such as OrgVue or similar
- Significant experience in merging diverse data sets.
