Job Description
Job Title: Implementation Manager - HR
Contract: 12 month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: Up to 70,000
Location: Leeds, 1-2 days a week onsite
I am currently recruiting for an Implementation Manager for a global manufacturing organisation who are leaders in their field. My client are looking to hire a Implementation Manager to take responsibility for project planning and execution of a Workday HR/Payroll implementation.
The role requires 1-2 days a week onsite in the Leeds office.
The role will suit someone who has a really strong understanding of manufacturing processes and process design and how IT Systems support manufacturing organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a centralised programme & roadmap for milestones, risks and dependencies with other activity taking place within the group
- Proactively manage relationships with stakeholders across the organisation
- Keeping control on actions, risks and dependencies.
- Regularly monitor and review work stream performance and complete quality assurance
- Collaborate with HR & Business leaders across the group
- Provide guidance and support to employees supporting the project
- Identifying potential risks involved in the projects and develop plans to mitigate risk
- Reporting to the Executive and Group Senior leadership team including progress updates, risk management and progress against agreed KPI's
Required Skills/Experience
- Proven experience in a Project / Programme or implementation management role
- Manufacturing or similar sector experience
- Essential to have experience of implementing Workday into a multi-site organisation (HR & Payroll)
- Ability to work under pressure and make hard decisions required to achieve project objectives
- Experience of delivering changes in in matrix / group organisation structure
