Workday Compensation Lead

LHH (formerly Badenoch & Clark) are supporting a leading professional services organisation as they progress to further stages with the implementation of HRIS Workday.
We're looking for applicants with experience of workday, in particular Reward/Comp experience including Compensation/Advanced Compensation modules of Workday.
The successful candidate will own the UK project plan for the integration of reward and compensation practice and requirements within the system. The Workday Compensation Lead will act as the process lead for global compensation changes in Workday, working alongside implementation partners.
Desired skills and competencies include:
- An eye for process improvement and inefficiencies
- Awareness and understanding of relevant legislative requirements
- Experience of developing suitable compensation reporting, covering all reward aspects including compensation structures and pay gap reporting
- Previous experience in reward and compensation, experience of a large-scale system delivery project or similar change initiative
- Excellent Excel Skills (Vlookups, Pivot tables, Macros)
- Experience of VBA and SQL desirable or willingness to learn
- Experience of job evaluation, job matching and bonus framework design
