Position: Adults Qualified Social Worker
Pay Rate: 27.10 per hour
Responsibilities
Work within a supportive community team
Conduct assessments and develop support plans in line with the Care Act
Collaborate with service users and their families to promote independence and well-being
Ensure the delivery of high-quality social care services
Requirements
Qualified Social Worker with relevant experience
Familiarity with the Care Act and its application in a community setting
Strong assessment and support planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
