Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience ensuring Web Proxy platforms and products are maintained, current and functioning at all times.
• Ability to assist in all aspects of Service, Risk, Cost and People to ensure availability for business use to agreed service level agreements (SLA's) for all Web Proxy Service.
• Evidence contribution to the delivery of all Web Proxy Services & relevant infrastructure platforms.
• Experience producing Lessons Learned documentation from any breach/failure P1/P2 incidents.
• Experience producing regular reporting (ie weekly SOFT Report) and report regularly on progress against set performance objectives.
• Participating in P1-3 Web Proxy Incidents, as well as project activities, as & when required.
• Adopting a CSI approach to all areas of Proxy influence, and look to adopt an efficient & effective way of managing the Web Proxy Environment.

Requirements:

Technical skills are obviously important, but need someone with a balance of technical knowledge, common sense & pro-activeness.
