You will work within a specialised team to develop, support and maintain Voice Networks and connections (internal and external). You will be required to document processes, configuration and to develop a shared knowledge base. This will include responding to Service Desk Incident and Request tickets within defined SLA's. Using Jira to plan and note progress of project deliverables, estimate resources and record risks.

• Active SC Clearance
• SIP Protocol Expertise
• Voice Gateway Configuration
• Diagnose and resolve complex voice communication issues, including those related to SIP, voice gateways, and SBCs.
• Provide support for escalated voice-related problems.
• Integrate between voice systems, gateways, and SBCs. Work with vendors to test and validate interoperability of new voice technologies
• Implement and fine-tune network parameters to guarantee optimal voice quality across the network
• Maintain detailed documentation for Voice and Video configurations including voice gateways, and SBC setups.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to other engineers and support teams.
