p> This includes understanding the potential users, their journeys, current pain points and working with them throughout the delivery to shape the digital service to meet their needs as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

A User Researcher would:
* Articulate the Cyber Security Model user community, both Defence and Defence Supply Chain.
* Identify and manage the participants across Defence and the Supply Chain to be part of user research groups. Identify specific user groups who have additional needs, ensuring their requirements are captured.
* Collect relevant information from the groups mapping out their journeys, current pain points with existing processes and ensuring their contributions and feedback are captured to improve the digital service design.
* Facilitate user participation in workshops, key agile ceremonies, etc
* Directly work with users to improve the digital User Experience
* Liaise with the Cabinet Office Service Assessments team providing evidence how user research has been undertaken and influenced the design of the service.

Working closely with the user researcher, developers of the Cyber Security Model content (PwC) and the CSM digital solution developer (ServiceNow), this role is to ensure appropriate content is shown to a user in the right place and in the best format to meet their needs. They will lead on the design of the digital service, ensuring the platform is optimised to meet our broad range of users needs, considering the Government Service Standard and accessibility requirements.

The Government Digital Service Assessment requires evidence of a solution that is clear and concise for the users. This will include the language of question sets in the Cyber Security Model as well as the technical interfaces, content, and design of the digital tooling solutions.

The Supplier Cyber Protection Service will be used by Defence users in procurement roles and a broad international supply chain.

An accessibility specialist will:

* Ensure the legal accessibility requirements and needs of the user community have been considered, documented and any risks articulated.
* Work with the wider team to ensure the design meets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 (WCAG 2.2) as a minimum.
* Test the platform using the browsers, assistive technology, etc
* Arrange and undertake an accessibility audit to provide evidence the platform is compliant.
* Produce any roadmap for compliance if deficiencies are identified.
* Provide evidence to the Service Assessment panel to demonstrate the conformance of the service with the standards outlined.
