Our client, a leading national law firm, is in search of a skilled Trade Mark Paralegal to join their team on an initial 9-12 month fixed-term contract, with potential for extension.

The Role Overview

As a Trade Mark Paralegal within this leading national law firm, you will play a pivotal role in a team that uniquely understands and focuses on the charity, non-profit, and responsible business sectors. Your responsibilities will encompass trade mark searching, registration, licensing, and resolution of IP-related disputes. The ideal candidate should hold CITMA qualification, possess previous experience within a private practice setting, and demonstrate a minimum of three years expertise in the field. You ll be involved in guiding clients through the re-brand process, ensuring legal compliance while facilitating positive, commercial outcomes.
