Job Description: The Technician 3 role is focused on facilitating the migration process of devices at the Refresh Clinic, ensuring a smooth transition for users. The position requires adherence to instructions from the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager while managing the collection and handover of devices. Candidates must hold SC Clearance and be prepared to report any issues during the migration process. The contract is for a duration of six weeks, working Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect existing devices from users and handover new devices according to the migration schedule.
  • Login to systems as required under the guidance of the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager.
  • Update the Contractor’s workflow management system at all relevant steps.
  • Report issues arising from migration activities promptly to the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager.
  • Conduct daily manual stock checks and report findings.
  • Package collected devices according to the device Designation Rules.
  • Move all devices and equipment at the end of each day.

Skills Required:

Job Description:
Candidate Requirements:
Must hold SC Clearance.

Key Responsibilities:
The Refresh Clinic plays a key role in the migration process, ensuring a smooth transition of devices for users. The setup involves carefully following instructions from the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager to facilitate the movement, updating, and deployment of equipment.
Collect existing devices from users and handover new devices in accordance with the migration schedule and project processes
Login to any system as required via device(s) provided by the contractor’s engineer and Site Manager and under their instructions.
Handover and collect the correct number of devices each in accordance with the migration schedule
Correctly update the Contractor’s workflow management system at all relevant steps
Report issues arising from migration activity promptly and accurately to the contractor Engineer and Site Manager.
Where issues cannot be resolved immediately, pass them over to an onsite Post Migration Support Engineer.
Conduct manual stock checks daily and report findings to the contractor Engineer and site Manager
Place existing devices collected from users at the Refresh Clinic within the packaging that was used to contain a new device and, in accordance with the device Designation Rules, mark the outside of the box to indicate whether it is for “disposal” or for refurbishment.
At the end of each day, move all the devices and equipment.
