p>Devonshire Hayes has partnered with a fantastic organisation to help them secure a talented IT Technical Support Analyst for an initial 3 month contract.

You will be tasked with the following,

  • Demonstrated aptitude for analysing, diagnosing, and resolving Incidents related to applications/systems, ranging from straightforward to complex technical issues.
  • Strong working knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change. ITIL foundation qualification is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Hardware and Software Asset Management processes.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office 365 applications and services, including administration.
