We're currently partnering with an NPO who are recruiting for a Technical Support Analyst to join them on an initial 6 month contract to provide ongoing support in relation to the improvement of IT service delivery across the organisation.

Day Rate: DOE - Up to 200-250 per day (Take home between 673 to 809/week)

IR35 Status: Inside IR35

Location: Gloucestershire - Onsite 5 days between 2 sites

Skills:

• Experience working with the following technology:
• Office 365
• Access
• Exchange
• Active Directory
• Intune

• Experience building, configuring and deploying desktops/mobile devices - In particular Android and MacOS devices
• Strong experience providing end user support via telephone, email & walk-ups
• Excellent communication skills and professional manner
• Experience working with Azure (desirable)
• Previous experience providing support to MacOS (desirable)
