Job Description: The Technical Programme Manager for Identity and Access Management will lead the development of the organization’s first enterprise identity platform and related safety features. This role requires extensive experience in program management, particularly in identity, security, or system reliability. The candidate will work closely with product teams to align technical roadmaps and spearhead safety strategies while ensuring system reliability and performance. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a Platform team building the organisation’s first enterprise identity and related safety features.
- Work with product teams to ensure alignment with platform, develop technical roadmaps and ensure that platform decisions are continuously updated and aligned with evolving requirements of products.
- Spearhead the safety strategy for the organisation’s enterprise offering, leveraging data to gather threat intelligence, working with cross-functional partners to build controls while minimizing user friction, and implementing robust risk mitigation strategies to keep customers safe.
- Oversee system reliability and quality of the platform, ensuring prompt issue resolution and driving escalations to meet strict performance and reliability commitments effectively.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in technical program management, project management, or a related domain.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
- Master’s degree in a related field (preferred).
- Experience in the technology industry, especially in enterprise identity, trust and platform reliability (preferred).
