Role Title: Technical Product Manager

Location (Country / City ): UK Sheffield

 

Role Description

 

 

Key responsibilities will include:

1. Working with HR leaders and architects to define and prioritise a product backlog that will maximise improvements to meet objectives and key results, improve employee experience and reduce technical debt.

2. Leading an Agile team to maximise velocity, identify opportunities for improvement and promoting a culture of customer centricity across the delivery team.

3. Driving innovation and proof of concepts to help shape HR vision and roadmap.

4. Day to day management and development of the Emerging Talent technology team. Sharing knowledge and best practice and creating a diverse, and supportive working environment.

5. Controlling portfolio financials and reporting of these monthly to IT and HR stakeholder in monthly Sub Value Stream Review meetings.

6. Providing technical ownership for our portofolio of systems, applying IT policies, procedures and practices to ensure the achievement of high levels of quality, effective risk management and regulatory and audit compliance.

7. Managing relationships with vendors including introduction of govenance meetings and roadmap sessions.

8. Provide technical support and guidance to your team members. Become a subject matter expert on the functional capabilities of the products you are delivering for your business stakeholders.
