• Technical Business Analyst / Systems Analyst
• 6-month Contract
• York - 4 days a week onsite
• Attractive day rate - Inside IR35

You would join a collaborative team with your primary role focusing on improving user communications on their customer journey.

This contract is best suited for a Technical BA / Systems Analyst who has experience wearing different / multiple hats and enjoys a varied role and thriving office environment.

Responsibilities

- IT lead for activities covering all elements
- Produce outline scope for a project covering what, why, when and benefits
- Pull together detailed business requirements
- Turn business requirements into developer/software detailed specifications for third-party development
- Define system specifications.
- Manage the third-party delivery
- Write and execute test plans. Perform IT testing
- Support UAT and training/support users
- Support implementation into live and provide post deployment support
- Perform basic project management/admin
- Produce and maintain project plan at a delivery level
- Manage costs
