This is a great opportunity for someone with an interest and experience in people, recruitment and talent development to coordinate our talent programmes and support the recruitment team!
The role is being offered on a 12 month fixed term contract.
What That Means Day To Day
- Delivering on a number of key initiatives and will be responsible for attracting, selecting and onboarding high potential talent into entry level, graduate, placement and intern opportunities.
- Working closely with partner organisations such as local schools, universities, social enterprises, employment bodies and colleges to maintain effectiveness across talent programmes.
- Support with induction and onboarding administration as a coordination point between onboarding, payroll, IT Ops and recruitment.
- Supporting the delivery of the employer brand strategy and working closely with internal teams to ensure messaging is tailored to the right audiences and promoted across the right channels to drive engagement.
- Support with the collation, processing and presentation of recruitment and talent operations data to accurately forecast and identify future talent needs, and ensuring we maintain and optimise our approach to excellence in candidate experience.
Joining the Alcumus People Team, you'll naturally have a continuous improvement mindset and a collaborative approach to problem solving. You'll be someone who has gained recruitment experience in either an in-house or agency setting, or will have some experience of working on talent programmes in a learning or educational setting.
Most importantly, you'll be able to demonstrate where you have owned and delivered recruitment or talent initiatives, you'll be able to demonstrate strong working relationships with a number of internal and external stakeholders and will be able to prioritise and plan your own workload effectively.
You may also have:
- CIPD / Cert RP qualification.
- CIPD membership.
- Active in community groups or networks that provide a CPD framework.
