Role Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Hours: 37.5 per week, 9 am - 5:30 pm

Location: Hybrid - 2/3 days a week in their vibrant Blackfriars office and two days working from the comfort of your home

Pay: 50,000 - 55,000 p/a with a discretionary company profitability bonus

Contract: FTC for 12 months

Key Duties:

As a strategic partner within our business, you will play a pivotal role in hiring for various roles, including valuations, agency, consultancy, insurance brokers, finance brokers, and support roles across the UK. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilising headhunting skills to identify top talent for complex roles
  • Managing projects related to recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Implementing effective career branding strategies
  • Administration and oversight of recruitment approvals and requisitions
  • Proven ability to handle deadlines, prioritise tasks, and liaise with diverse stakeholders

Desired Experience:

While experience in the property industry is advantageous, we welcome applicants from any background who are ready to hit the ground running and embrace new challenges. If you've worked in a start-up or small to medium-sized organisation, even better - you will often venture beyond standard recruitment tasks so your versatility will be highly valued!

You will be experienced using LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms to source candidates, have had exposure within an agency environment and be capable of managing numerous vacancies simultaneously!

  • Pension enrolment after 3 month probation (employer's contribution: 3%)
  • Life assurance (death in service) at 4 times your salary
  • Company bonus structure:
    • 5% of basic salary for achieving 100% of budgeted profit
    • Incremental increases up to 10% for exceeding profit targets
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas incentive:
    • Additional 2 days if you work 2 days during the holiday season
