Tagetik - FP&A Consultant Industrial Manufacturing Hemel Hempstead Circa £400-£500/day We're seeking a talented FP&A Consultant / Senior Analyst to bolster a small, high-impact group team in a leading, global Industrial Manufacturing business. This role is pivotal in supporting group-wide reporting, consolidation, and performance management and will be instrumental in enhancing reporting capabilities, particularly within the recently implemented Tagetik system.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Tagetik Power User: Translate business needs into insightful reporting within Tagetik.
• Data Detective: Access and manipulate information within Tagetik's data cube to generate meaningful statutory and management reports.
• Reporting Evolution: Contribute to the refinement of our group reporting strategy, establishing new processes.
• KPI Pioneer: Play a key role in defining future KPIs.
• Senior Stakeholder Exposure: Work closely with the executive team, providing them with the critical insights they need.

What We're Looking For:

• FP&A Foundation: Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and management reporting.
• Tagetik Advantage: Hands-on experience with the Tagetik consolidation and reporting environment is essential.
• Analytical Mindset: A strong commercial and analytical approach, with intellectual curiosity to dig deeper into the numbers.
• Autonomous Operator: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage your workload effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Communication Skills: Excellent ability to translate complex data into clear and concise reporting outputs.
