Job Description: The role of FP&A Consultant at a leading global Industrial Manufacturing business involves enhancing group-wide reporting and performance management, particularly through the Tagetik system. The consultant will be responsible for translating business needs into insightful reporting, refining reporting strategies, and defining future KPIs while working closely with senior stakeholders. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and hands-on experience with Tagetik.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business needs into insightful reporting within Tagetik.
  • Access and manipulate information within Tagetik's data cube to generate meaningful statutory and management reports.
  • Contribute to the refinement of group reporting strategy and establish new processes.
  • Define future KPIs.
  • Work closely with the executive team to provide critical insights.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and management reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with the Tagetik consolidation and reporting environment.
  • Strong commercial and analytical approach with intellectual curiosity.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.

This role is pivotal in supporting group-wide reporting, consolidation, and performance management and will be instrumental in enhancing reporting capabilities, particularly within the recently implemented Tagetik system.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Tagetik Power User: Translate business needs into insightful reporting within Tagetik.
  • Data Detective: Access and manipulate information within Tagetik's data cube to generate meaningful statutory and management reports.
  • Reporting Evolution: Contribute to the refinement of our group reporting strategy, establishing new processes.
