Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply Systems Engineering principles across the full lifecycle (requirements to system disposal).
  • Design and develop simulation systems using COTS and bespoke software.
  • Decompose system requirements and manage integration using tools such as IBM DOORS Next and CATIA Magic (Cameo).
  • Lead technical reviews, system verification, and ensure compliance with customer and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers for successful system integration.

Skills Required:

  • Experience in Systems Engineering and software integration lifecycle (ISO 15288/12207).
  • Proficient with tools like IBM DOORS Next, CATIA Magic, and JIRA.
  • Familiarity with simulation tools (MATLAB, Simulink, Python) is a plus.
  • Relevant STEM degree or equivalent experience.
