As a Supply Chain Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in their EU Startup Supply Chain team, ensuring the seamless execution of their deployment projects across nine countries. Your responsibilities will include timely ordering, stakeholder management, and process optimization to uphold the high standards of efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient processing of purchase requests and orders.
- Creation of high-quality purchase requests.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Conducting thorough analysis of processes and orders.
- Driving innovation through the formulation of new procedures and policies.
Basic Qualifications:
- Logistics or Supply Chain Management experience
- Experience in warehouse management and ERP/MRP systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with MySQL or equivalent.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Supply Chain Certification (APICS, CIPS, CSCMP, SCPro Council, or equivalent).
- Experience in a large company with complex supply chain processes.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
