An opportunity has arisen for a Streetlighting Engineer with experience in Highways and Public Realm to join a client in London. Your main duties include undertaking a variety of lighting projects and programmes of work including design (using Lighting Reality and AutoCAD), estimation and project management.
This is a full-time contract position. The rate on offer is 38 - 42 per hour - negotiable for the right candidate. Flexible working arrangements are available alongside part-time working
 
Working within the Highways team your main duties include:
Designing a range of schemes including public lighting, street furniture, electric vehicle charging points and festive lighting
Estimating the value of schemes and producing bills of quantity
Third party negotiation (consultants, contractors and developers)
Monitoring the PFI Street Lighting Contract
