p>Adecco's specialist Property Services Division North are partnering with a local housing association to assist them in recruiting a Stock Condition Surveyor who will be commissioned on a Price Per Survey contract over the next 3-5 months.

I am looking for a Stock Condition Surveyor to join a Housing Association in Durham. The Stock Condition Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out 7-10 surveys per day and be paid between 25-29 per survey.

Stock Condition Surveyor duties:

• Maintain, update and validate the stock condition database
• Carry out 7-10 completed surveys per day
• Report any repairs identified whilst carrying out surveys
• Liaise with tenants when booking in surveys

What is required for the Stock Condition Surveyor role:

• Experience within social housing
• Ability to liaise with tenants
• Experience in a similar position
