Castlefield Recruitment are currently representing a Manchester Housing Association who are looking for a temporary Stock Condition Surveyor on an initial 8-week contract. This role offers 28-33 per hour via umbrella company and looking for individuals to start as soon as possible.

Stock Condition Surveyor - Housing Association About The Role:

• Undertake Condition Surveys on the housing stock to support the development of future programmes of work


• Undertake assessment of health and safety issues using the Decent Homes HHSRS framework, raise remedial works and improvements identified at survey


• Assist in the research and provision of any data that is required

Stock Condition Surveyor Housing Association What You Need:

• Experience in a Social Housing setting is desirable but not essential


• Experience detecting damp and mould


• Experience of collecting and analysing buildings condition data
