Your Responsibilities:
- Apply legal frameworks adeptly, demonstrating legal literacy in acts such as Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005.
- Carry out assessments under the care act with clients who have a physical disability, autism or a learning disability
- Complete reassessments and reviews
- Complete and manage safeguarding enquiries
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent
- Hold a professional Social Work qualification and registration (SWE)
- Ability to assess and manage risk, with a focus on service-users' safety and well-being
- Enhanced DBS
- Full drivers licence with vehicle access
