NonStop Care is currently working a local authority in the West Yorkshire area who are looking for an experienced social worker to join Children In Care team.

They offering excellent hybrid working flexibility with only 1 to 2 days needed in the office each week, allowing you to spend less time travelling and more time at home

Responsibilities:
You will complete regular visits, assessments and care plans. You will need to develop close relationships with the children so that you can best understand and communicate the children's wishes and support them so they achieve their full potential.

Requirements:
Applicants are required to have minimum 2 years post qualified social work experience. Candidates will be experience in Looked after Children/ Pathways Team/ Children in Care.
