These frameworks will support three key pillars focusing on behaviour, expertise and experience to foster an inclusive performance led culture. As such you will be supporting the business in making an impactful people transformation, working closely with key stakeholders to shape, manage and deliver various people projects and change initiatives that are aligned to the overall People strategy.
This role will suit someone with experience gained in Technology, Engineering or FinTech, working within a fast-paced or high growth environment at the forefront of technology enabled engineering and product design. Technically your experience will have included managing HR change and transformation programmes, likely to be organisational development led, or as an HR Business Partner who has led specific people led change programmes.
You must be available for an immediate start or at least within the next couple of weeks The company offers hybrid working with 1-2 days per week spent in their centrally based Cardiff office.
