Job Description: Kirtana Consulting is seeking a Functional SME Manufacturing - IT-OT consultant for a 6-month rolling contract in London. Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading requirement-gathering workshops with plant stakeholders.
  • Partner with business teams to analyze as-is processes and translate operational challenges into digital use cases for process optimization, operational excellence, and energy optimization.
  • Define functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Validating process flows and ensuring alignment with KPIs such as OEE, yield, and sustainability.
  • Support the design of the DT architecture, including data models, simulation logic, and visualization layers.
  • Collaborating with the development team to create user stories, test scenarios, and training materials.
  • Leveraging knowledge of bottling line equipment, SCADA/MES systems, and quality control processes to ensure the solution reflects real-world plant dynamics.
  • Enable integration with digital models and AI/ML algorithms for continuous improvement.
  • Active participation in the Digital Twin project life cycle - Discovery, design, pilot, testing, deployment, and scaling.
