2 x Site Supervisors - School Projects (NEC4 Contracts) | Sheffield | £180 - 200 per day | Start: July | 8 Weeks

We're currently looking for two proactive Site Supervisors to lead the delivery of upcoming school refurbishment projects in Sheffield, both running under NEC4 contracts.

Start Date: Early July

Duration: 8 weeks

Rate: £180 - 200 per day (CIS/Umbrella)

Location: Sheffield (2 separate school sites)

Site 1 - Works Include:

  • Removal of asbestos-containing mastic around windows
  • Scaffold access installation
  • Internal enabling works (blind removal & protection, minor opening alterations, M&E prep)
  • Reinstatement on completion
  • Window & door replacements

Site 2 - Works Include:

  • Scaffold erection
  • Window & door replacements (main building & nursery)
  • Roofing works (pending scaffold access - risk item)
  • Fire alarm, door access control & intruder alarm upgrades

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing live school sites or public-sector refurb projects
  • Familiarity with NEC4 contracts
  • Confident handling M&E coordination and working with scaffold/roofing contractors
  • Proactive, solutions-focused attitude - these are live sites and need sharp oversight
  • SSSTS, CSCS, First Aid (essential)
  • Asbestos Awareness
