Site Manager - Nottingham

I am working with a contractor based in the East Midlands that specialise within commercial refurbishment and newbuild projects.

This project is the conversion of an refurbishment of a school in Nottinghamshire, inclusive of new kitchens, M&E upgrades. Project valued at circa 800k.

Works include; full ripout, refurbishment of M&E, kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms, along with some groundworks.

This is a client facing role, reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager who will be responsible for procurement and programme.

Candidate Requirements

They are looking for a site manager to lead the site team, to manage the end-client and subcontractors, whilst reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager.

You will have experience working on the SCAPE or working in education environments framework.

Suitable candidates must have SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and Asbestos Awareness qualified.

DBS preferred.
