Company Overview:

We are a leading construction contractor dedicated to delivering high-quality multi sector construction projects. With a commitment to excellence, we are embarking on an exciting project to construct 16 1-bed apartments in a new build setting. To ensure the success of this venture, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Manager to oversee the construction process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Project Oversight:

o Manage and supervise all aspects of the construction project, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

o Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to guarantee project specifications are met.

Team Leadership:

o Lead and motivate on-site personnel, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.

o Conduct regular team meetings to communicate project goals, updates, and safety protocols.

Quality Control:

o Implement and enforce quality control measures to meet the designated medium specification.

o Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet the highest standards.

Budget Management:

o Monitor project expenses, ensuring they align with the allocated budget.

o Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Safety Compliance:

o Uphold and enforce strict safety standards, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections.

o Ensure all team members and subcontractors adhere to safety protocols.

Documentation:

o Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports, safety records, and any unforeseen issues.

o Provide regular reports to stakeholders on project status and milestones

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office.
