Shift: 3:30pm - 11:30pm

Site Manager - Nottinghamshire

I am working with a contractor based in Yorkshire that operate on newbuild, commercial and refurbishment projects.

They have contracts with local authorities, local businesses and a lot of their work is repeat business.

This project is a refurbishment of a factory in north Nottinghamshire.

Works include;

• floor and window replacement
• Redecoration
• Liaising with site team on handover from days/lates

This is a client facing role, reporting into a visiting Operations Manager.

Candidate Requirements

They are looking for a site manager to lead the site team, to manage the end-client and subcontractors, whilst reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager.

You will have experience working on refubrishments of similar projects and previous of working late/night shifts.

Suitable candidates must have SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and Asbestos Awareness qualified.
