A Construction Site Manager with experience of the carrying out fast track refurbs is required for a project in the Southampton area.

The scheme is to upgrade an existing student accommodation block, as well as the reconfiguration of the public / communal areas.

Whilst this upgrade is being completed it will be working around other areas of the building which are in use, so you should be familiar with the safe working practices concerned with such a project.

To be considered for this role you should fit the following criteria;

  • Previous experience in managing similar fast track refurbs, coupled with experience of working in live environments.
  • Ability to work as site lead, with a high level of autonomy.
  • Comfortable with high levels of client interface.
  • Valid site certification, fire marshall, CSCS, First Aid, SMSTS
  • Good level of IT skills
  • Available for start on 1st July
