O Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting a Senior Site Manager for a new commercial project in Manchester. The ideal candidate must have main contracting experience and history of managing projects from concept to completion.

Role:

• Manage the day to day running of site including subcontractors, direct labour, and materials.
• Enforce health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and addressing hazards.
• Review and updates of programme progress, delays and RFI s
• Maintain quality control, monitoring workmanship and materials to meet construction standards.
• Prepare progress reports, documenting construction activities and addressing any issues.
• Proactively solve problems and adapt plans to overcome challenges.
• Ensure project completion within set deadlines.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience working as a Site Manager
• Strong knowledge on internals and fit out projects.
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
• Joinery/Trade or educated background.
