The ideal candidate will need to have proven experience in cladding replacement projects and be available for the 20 week duration.

The project is a part residential/part commercial block, with residents being present in the building throughout the scheme, so the successful candidate needs to be able to communicate effectively with both the client & the residents.

• Managing the programme
• Contracts Manager/Commercial Manager updates
• Logistics Management
