Site Manager Build and Fit Out 

Long Term Freelance Role 

Monday to Friday 10 hour Shift

Based in Liverpool  Start Date ASAP 

We are seeking a Site Manager on behalf of a main contractor from London who specialises within Fast Track Fit out.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

• Ideally from a joiner background


• MUST have experience of managing a project value of 6 Million plus 


• MUST be able to manage a build and fit out. 


• Proven history of managing teams of Trades and Labourer plus Sub Contractors.


• Must have worked on Fast Track Retail Fit Out projects.


• Must have SMSTS / Heath and Safety - ( IPAF not essential ).


• Background MUST have experiences with Commercial Fit Out Projects.
