Project is a large new build office block in Central Edinburgh, and we require a site manager to oversee the fit-out elements of the large new build project. The project is in the fit-out phase, with the 7 floors being brought up to Cat B standard. You will take responsibility of a section of works and deliver it through to handover to the client.

You will be part of a large management team, but have responsibility for the fit-out elements of the internal packages for each floor of the building.

You will have recent city centre and large main contrcator experience and ideally have been working on fit-out projects recently. You will be comfortable in a fast paced environment dealing with multiple sub-contractors on a daily basis and have used Field View software to prepare snagging lists previously.

The role will commence ASAP with a start before Christmas if available, with the project completing April 2024.

You will hold CITB SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS qualifications as a minimum.
