Our Client requires a Site Manager for a project in Owslebury near Winchester.

This is for a high end residential refurb.

Great opportunity for up to 10 months worth of work.

Required:
-SMSTS
-First Aid
-CSCS

-Checkable references and experience required

Duties to include, reading and implementing drawings, pushing the project to finish within budget and timeframe, managing finishing's to a high spec, ensuring health and safety is adhered to, taking site inductions, working closely with the site and project management team as well as all other associated tasks.
