Job Responsibilities:

As a Site Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful execution of our major civil engineering project in the North West. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Surveying and Setting Out: Accurately carry out surveys and set out works to ensure alignment with project specifications and drawings.

2. Quality Control: Implement and maintain high-quality standards throughout the construction process, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and project requirements.

3. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, fellow engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and coordination on-site.

4. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring the project progresses efficiently and meets deadlines.

5. Health and Safety: Prioritize and promote a strong safety culture on site, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.

6. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records, including daily diaries, progress reports, and as-built drawings.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer on major civil engineering projects.
• Proficiency in the use of surveying equipment and relevant software.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
