Hays Construction are working in conjunction with this Main Contractor to support them in recruiting for a Site Manager for this live construction site



With a project value of c.4m, this project has just started on site. To further support this project, the Main Contractors are now looking for a Site Manager to supplement the existing site delivery team



Day to day duties will include all of the usual Site Manager responsibilities on site, from Site Supervision; Subcontract Management; Managing the programme of works; RAMS; Stakeholder Management; right through to Managing H&S on site



You'll need SMSTS, 1st Aid and CSCS as minimum. You'll need demonstrable experience of managing new build projects



This is a freelance (temporary) role, determined as Outside of IR35. The duration of the contract will be approx 6 weeks
