Location: Manchester (hybrid 2 days a week)

One of our major clients is looking to recruit a ServiceNow Developer for an initial 3 months to sit in with their Customer Product team, work with Product Manager(s) and the rest of the team.

The business is looking to expand the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform to cover the customer support team globally and therefore are looking for an SME to do this work.

Below are a few of the features/integrations the client requires:

• Integration with AWS Connect
• Integration with Salesforce (Legacy support for a period of time)
• Whitelabel Support Portals for client's different brands

Responsibilities:

• Get ServiceNow set up for Customer Service Support team (round the clock)
• Integrate ServiceNow into websites (around 4-5 websites)
• Streamline and combine separate customer service teams systems into 1
• Integrate ServiceNow and ServiceNow development
