Summary:

Join us as a Service Management Implementation Expert, specializing in ServiceNOW. Drive business transformation through strategic deployment and optimization of ServiceNOW's service management capabilities. This role focuses on business implementation, process optimization, and change management.

Responsibilities:

  • Embed ITSM processes across Service Desk and other IT practices, aligning with the Service Enablement Maturity roadmap.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow developers for robust operational support.
  • Integrate best practices and tooling capabilities, leveraging operational experience and exposure to ServiceNow implementation.

Location:

We are currently adopting a hybrid work approach. Primarily remote, on-site attendance is required as business needs dictate, offices in Glasgow and Edinburgh

Requirements:

Main Outcomes & Objectives:

  • Audit existing ITIL/Service Management processes, defining areas for improvement.
  • Lead colleagues through readiness steps to embed ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.
  • Provide training and coaching for ITSM processes.
  • Evangelize the strategic direction of ITIL/Service Management practices.

Additional Services:

  • Coordinate Major Incidents.
  • Contribute to the ServiceNow product roadmap.
  • Support and deliver disaster recovery assurance.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Significant commercial experience in operational leadership of Service Management.
  • Previous process management and ownership experience.
  • Strong teamwork, self-management, self-initiative, coaching, collaboration & communication skills.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Knowledge of newly offered products in Vancouver ServiceNow release.
  • Experience with Jira/ServiceNow interface development.
