p>We are Looking for a service Level Management Consultant to join one of our Public Sector clients.

  • Rate: Up to 525pd
  • contract length: 12 months
  • Location: London
  • Travel: Hybrid (1 day per week on site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understands the definition, management, governance, and improvement of the Service Level Management Process
  • Understands the service level management procedures
  • Oversees that the Service Level Management process and working practices are effective and efficient
  • Ensures that targets agreed to within Underpinning Contracts are aligned with SLA, SLT & KPI targets
  • Ensures that Service Performance Reviews are regularly performed, and any required actions are performed
  • Responsible for Daily Service Review, Weekly Service Review and Monthly Service Review processes, ensuring they are run effectively
  • Run and manage SLA Exclusion process
  • Ensures that improvement initiatives identified in Service Reviews are acted on and progress reports are provided
  • Performs gap analysis to highlight breaches of SLA targets, investigating reasons and recommending actions to prevent their recurrence
  • Identify service issues
  • Produces reports on the actual level of service provided
