p>We are Looking for a service Level Management Consultant to join one of our Public Sector clients.
- Rate: Up to 525pd
- contract length: 12 months
- Location: London
- Travel: Hybrid (1 day per week on site)
Key Responsibilities:
- Understands the definition, management, governance, and improvement of the Service Level Management Process
- Understands the service level management procedures
- Oversees that the Service Level Management process and working practices are effective and efficient
- Ensures that targets agreed to within Underpinning Contracts are aligned with SLA, SLT & KPI targets
- Ensures that Service Performance Reviews are regularly performed, and any required actions are performed
- Responsible for Daily Service Review, Weekly Service Review and Monthly Service Review processes, ensuring they are run effectively
- Run and manage SLA Exclusion process
- Ensures that improvement initiatives identified in Service Reviews are acted on and progress reports are provided
- Performs gap analysis to highlight breaches of SLA targets, investigating reasons and recommending actions to prevent their recurrence
- Identify service issues
- Produces reports on the actual level of service provided
