As a Service Desk Analyst your main responsibilities will be:

• Responsible for ensuring support for existing and emerging information and communications technology services, including providing technical advice to project teams.
• To perform tasks such as taking calls from customers and trying to resolve their queries, while knowing when to escalate issues to management.
• Track, log and correct information to protect assets and components.
• Resolve user requests to a minimum of the agreed service level agreement, empathising with the end user.
• Own an issue until a new owner has been found or the problem has been mitigated or resolved.

You'll have relevant experience in:

• Previous Service Desk experience
• Experience with Hardware installs
• Active Security Clearance (SC) is highly desirable for the position.
