p>Service Desk Analyst - 3 months + - Wiltshire 5 days a week onsite - 360 per day inside IR35

DV or SC cleared but willing to go DV + UK National

We are looking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst to work closely with the IT department and communicate with the end-user regarding all technical incidents. They will Provide 1st line IT technical support, taking ownership of the customer Incident or Service Request and see it through to resolution, as well as monitor support ticket queues ensuring incidents are actioned in line with SLA's.

Required:
Maintain support tickets correctly and keep the customer updated with progress.
Provide 1st line IT technical support, taking ownership of the customer Incident or Service Request.
Monitor support ticket queues ensuring incidents are actioned in line with SLA's.
Document user requests and service issues.
Offer insightful recommendations for future service enhancements.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on hardware, software.

Required Industry
Recent experience of being a Service Desk Analyst.
Ability to communicate openly and effectively in both written and verbal form, confident meeting with internal and external Senior stakeholders
A basic understanding of Tech application and infrastructure terminology, along with entry level understanding of the principles of Cloud technologies.
Excellent problem-solver with strong analytical skills.
Have the ability to work under tight time pressure

Desired:
Understanding of Agile development processes
Expererience in Cloud Platforms
Experience in Defence
ITIL Foundation qualification
