Bowers Partnership is recruiting for a Contract Service Desk Analyst on behalf of our client. This role is offered on a 6-month rolling contract with an Hourly Rate of 40 Inside IR35. They are looking for a Service Desk Analyst with experience in service improvement and enhancements, as well as a high-volume ticket environment with a focus on Moves, Changes, Additions, and Deletions. You will be a demon troubleshooter with an aptitude for coming up with workarounds and prioritising tickets to deliver the highest level of customer service to a myriad of users at all levels including VIPs.

The successful candidate should also be knowledgeable and experienced in the following technologies:

  • Standard 365 technology base
  • Service Now
  • AD
  • Exchange
  • Intune
  • AV

This is a Global Helpdesk and there is a soft shift rota with occasional On-Call
