Rate: Inside IR35

Duration: 6 months initial

Hays Technology are looking for a service desk analyst to join an exciting public sector client/'s team.

What You Will Be Doing

  • First line support
  • Working at a service desk
  • Ticket handling and escalation

What We Are Looking For

  • Excellent knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous ticketing system experience
  • Great knowledge of Active Directory
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Experience using Windows and Exchange Server Admin
